Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely

- Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or food service management role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to operate food preparation machinery per age requirement
- Proficient in cash handling and register operations
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Perform all team member's responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products
- Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's
- Monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- Oversee exceptional customer in-store experience by embodying the brand core values
- Execute and deliver quality store operations including cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise and store facility
- Maintain stock of all supplies per inventory guidelines
- Adhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines
- Master stations operations of the store
- Provide a healthy consistent product that follows health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support brand adherence and team member training
- Prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
- Direct and coordinate the activities of team members and their breaks
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
- Contact management for shift replacements when necessary
- Monitor product quality and address complaints
- Ensure guest service and positive guest experience
- Address and resolve guest needs, questions, and complaints
- Assure all opening and closing procedures are performed
- Manage store funds during assigned shift and complete cash reports
- Follow all cash management and register policies
- Comply with all company policies and relevant federal and state regulations including OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, ADA
