Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Prior retail management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of retail merchandising and inventory processes

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director
  • Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • Prepare product for merchandising on the sales floor
  • Break down deliveries efficiently and effectively
  • Stock shelves and build displays with packaged products
  • Greet and assist guests on the sales floor with finding items
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth store operation throughout the shift
