Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan shift activities and monitor team performance
- ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

- train and coach crew members
- communicate with next shift managers to ensure smooth transitions
