Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of experience in a related field
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and multitasking ability
  • physical stamina for fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • flexible availability including weekends
  • willingness to travel to multiple locations
  • commitment to complete ServSafe certification
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
  • 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to multitask and motivate team members
  • effective problem-solving and customer service skills
  • willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
  • reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties

  • Train and support your team
  • oversee daily operations
  • deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards
  • lead by example through supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks
  • solve problems by addressing customer feedback and operational challenges
  • oversee opening and closing duties to ensure shifts run smoothly
  • maintain cleanliness, food safety, and prep standards while mentoring crew members
