Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months of quick service restaurant experience
- ability to perform customer service, product preparation, and cash handling
- leadership skills to coach team
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
- strong hospitality skills
- physical ability to work in various temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds

- minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
- ability to perform functions of each crew position including customer service and food preparation
- leadership qualities to coach crew on policies and customer service
- strong knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
- strong hospitality and customer service skills
- ability to work in varying temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist in executing specific aspects of restaurant operations during shifts
- build strong relationships with crew members to foster a positive learning and teamwork environment
- assist general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching crew members
- model company policies and encourage team to exceed service, performance, and safety expectations
- provide high quality service and maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere
- handle routine customer complaints promptly and effectively
- ensure restaurant is adequately organized and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotations
