Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months of quick service restaurant experience
  • ability to perform customer service, product preparation, and cash handling
  • leadership skills to coach team
  • knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • strong hospitality skills
  • physical ability to work in various temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
  • ability to perform functions of each crew position including customer service and food preparation
  • leadership qualities to coach crew on policies and customer service
  • strong knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
  • strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • ability to work in varying temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist in executing specific aspects of restaurant operations during shifts
  • build strong relationships with crew members to foster a positive learning and teamwork environment
  • assist general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching crew members
  • model company policies and encourage team to exceed service, performance, and safety expectations
  • provide high quality service and maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere
  • handle routine customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • ensure restaurant is adequately organized and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotations
