Job Duties
- Direct the restaurant team and ensure compliance with company standards
- enforce food safety standards and maintain high cleanliness and quality
- train and motivate restaurant staff
- lead guest service efforts and handle guest relations
- oversee product preparation and inventory management
- execute cash policies and manage daily financial operations
- perform other assigned duties to support restaurant success
