  • minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
  • familiarity with labor laws and health codes
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • provide leadership and support to front of house and heart of house teams
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • manage responsible alcohol service and enforce safety and security procedures
  • coordinate team efforts to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • assist with training and development of staff
  • utilize computer systems for operational management
