It is important to note that this franchisee is a distinct entity separate from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead and manage shifts
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- prior management experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is ideal
- positive team player with flexible schedule

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- monitor performance and take action to meet McDonald's standards
- ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
- plan shifts and help departments meet goals
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, maintenance, cleanliness, scheduling, and training
