Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- problem-solving and reasoning skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for company business
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- mobility for bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing
Job Qualifications

- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- strong communication skills
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to compute rates and percentages
- problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- train and develop team members on all positions
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
- handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- perform company errands including bank deposits and supply runs
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
