Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
  • ability to perform basic math calculations
  • problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for company business
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • mobility for bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to compute rates and percentages
  • problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • train and develop team members on all positions
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
  • handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • perform company errands including bank deposits and supply runs
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
