This job opportunity is with a restaurant that, while operating under the McDonald's brand, is independently owned and operated by a franchisee distinct from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and systems, but operates as a separate company. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience every visit
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
- take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with the next shift manager to help prepare for a great shift
- meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals
