Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

- Experience in restaurant management
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage P&L, food and labor costs
- Experience with utilizing restaurant operational systems
- Ability to maintain high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Work with management to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment laws, food safety policies and accounting controls
