Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage P&L, food and labor costs
  • Experience with utilizing restaurant operational systems
  • Ability to maintain high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • Assist management with training and coaching team members
  • Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Work with management to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
  • Follow all government regulations, employment laws, food safety policies and accounting controls
