Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- ensure team meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate effectively with next Shift Manager
- meet targets during shifts and support assigned departments in achieving goals
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
