Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
- 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or guest service industry in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Food Handler certification may be required
- Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of shift
- Ability to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow all company policies and food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with guest satisfaction and training skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
- General knowledge of computers, POS systems, and software
- Basic business math and cash handling skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to assess and enforce safety and health standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
- Open availability to work various shifts

Job Duties
- Support general manager in supervising team and ensuring results in quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
- Run shifts and manage execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Know all work station functions and complete necessary paperwork
- Supervise 1 to 7 team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, training and development to the restaurant team
- Use point of sale system to record orders, handle cash and process payments
