Job Requirements
- Compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations
- experience in working prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions
- ability to lift 50+ pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment

- occasional long hours per state and federal laws
- minimum age 16 to operate ovens (16 year olds cannot use freight elevator)
- minimum age 18 to operate mixers
- reliable transportation
- current ServSafe certification or ability to pass within 30 days
- food handler permit as required

Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to operate calculator accurately

Job Duties
- Perform all team member responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels and brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel and Cinnabon trays, monitor ovens for baking time and product color
- oversee exceptional customer experience by embodying brand core values
- execute and deliver quality store operations including cleaning equipment and facilities
- operate food preparation machinery
- maintain supply stocking per inventory guidelines
- adhere to food safety and security guidelines
- master store stations operations
- provide consistent product quality following health and safety standards
- support brand adherence and team member training
- manage dipping, draining, and filling pretzels and cinnamon in warmers
- prepare drinks and bag orders with health and safety compliance
- direct and coordinate team member activities and breaks
- maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
- manage shift replacements in case of call-offs
- monitor product quality and resolve complaints
- ensure guest service and positive experience
- address guest needs, questions, and complaints
- perform opening and closing procedures including maintenance and cleaning
- manage store funds during shifts including shift drawers and cash handling
- run register reports and complete daily cash and sales logs
- follow cash management and register policies
- comply with all company and regulatory policies including safety and environmental standards
