Job Duties
- supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
- assist managers with tasks to ensure facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly
- ensure fast service and friendly customer interactions
- maintain clean and orderly facilities
- interact effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- adapt to flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
