Job Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan shifts and monitor team performance
  • Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Manage inventory and daily maintenance
  • Schedule and train employees
  • Maintain food quality and exceptional customer service
