Job Requirements
- Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- Stand and move for most of the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Handle outdoor weather-related duties
- Wear headset and use restaurant equipment
- Follow brand standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to give and receive direction
- Flexible work availability
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations during shift
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues
- Lead and organize team members
