Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching motions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and develop team members
- proficiency with restaurant management systems
- understanding of cash and inventory control
- knowledge of food safety and workplace safety procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- assist management with training and coaching team members
- utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- maintain workplace safety standards
- follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and accounting controls
