Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • proficiency with restaurant management systems
  • understanding of cash and inventory control
  • knowledge of food safety and workplace safety procedures
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • assist management with training and coaching team members
  • utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • maintain workplace safety standards
  • follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and accounting controls
