Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts
  • communicate effectively with incoming shift managers
  • manage scheduling and training of staff
  • oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
  • uphold food safety standards
  • deliver exceptional customer service
