Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift activities
- ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- manage shift targets and department goals
- oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
- schedule staff and provide training and coaching
