Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- mobility including bending, reaching, and carrying
- willing to work evenings and weekends
- valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance for company-related driving
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work in high heat environment
- physical ability to perform manual tasks
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- previous fast food or retail experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- bilingual preferred
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift employees
- ensure excellent customer service
- maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- handle cash and financial transactions
- manage inventory and stock levels
- train and develop team members
- resolve customer complaints efficiently
