Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
  • availability for full-time work including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and prior cash handling experience

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
  • prior supervisory or shift management experience preferred
  • availability for full-time work including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and prior cash handling experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and sanitation standards
  • execute opening and closing procedures including cash management, inventory checks, and restaurant readiness
  • conduct walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper food preparation
  • address escalated guest concerns and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • assist in production management, temperature logs, waste tracking, and inventory control
  • support onboarding and training of new hires
  • ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
  • participate in team huddles and meetings to communicate goals and updates
  • maintain accurate records of cash, sales, and inventory
  • assist with scheduling and labor management to meet service standards
