Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- availability for full-time work including opening and closing shifts
- ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
- proficient in Microsoft Office and prior cash handling experience

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
- train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and sanitation standards
- execute opening and closing procedures including cash management, inventory checks, and restaurant readiness
- conduct walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper food preparation
- address escalated guest concerns and resolve customer complaints professionally
- assist in production management, temperature logs, waste tracking, and inventory control
- support onboarding and training of new hires
- ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
- participate in team huddles and meetings to communicate goals and updates
- maintain accurate records of cash, sales, and inventory
- assist with scheduling and labor management to meet service standards
