Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years experience in food service, preferably in leadership roles
- Certification to serve alcohol responsibly according to provincial requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the USA
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Willingness to relocate or travel for job mobility opportunities
Job Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in high-volume food service environments
- Previous leadership experience is a bonus
- Exceptional floor leadership skills
- Strong communication and delegation abilities
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
- Required certifications to serve alcohol responsibly
- Legal ability to work in the USA
Job Duties
- Act as the main point of contact and support for Front of House Partners during shifts
- Communicate effectively between Front of House and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor and track daily cash deposits to maintain financial accountability
- Advocate and enforce health and safety standards to keep the work environment safe
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build an engaged and motivated workforce
