Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- high School diploma or GED
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- ability to solve practical problems
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for driving duties
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stoop, kneel
- ability to work in hot kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- related experience or training in fast food or restaurant management
- crew leader certification
- shift supervisor certification
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and multitask
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- valid state driver's license
Job Duties
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
- train new and existing staff on company policies and procedures
- handle cash transactions and balance registers accurately
- ensure food safety standards and company policies are strictly followed
- maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- monitor and uphold Q.S.C. (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards
- prepare staff schedules and delegate tasks to meet operational needs
