Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • high School diploma or GED
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • ability to solve practical problems
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for driving duties
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stoop, kneel
  • ability to work in hot kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • related experience or training in fast food or restaurant management
  • crew leader certification
  • shift supervisor certification
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • valid state driver's license

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • train new and existing staff on company policies and procedures
  • handle cash transactions and balance registers accurately
  • ensure food safety standards and company policies are strictly followed
  • maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • monitor and uphold Q.S.C. (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards
  • prepare staff schedules and delegate tasks to meet operational needs
