Job Requirements

  • At least one year of restaurant work experience
  • high school diploma or GED
  • experience leading and organizing teams
  • strong problem-solving, customer service and decision-making skills
  • ability to take and give direction
  • flexible work schedule
  • willingness to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
  • ability to stand and move during most of the shift
  • ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
  • ability to handle weather conditions like rain
  • ability to wear headset and use restaurant equipment
  • adherence to brand standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead the restaurant team during shifts
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train new employees on operational procedures and standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and ensure availability of supplies
  • Coordinate with other locations or area offices as needed
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
