Job Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- high school diploma or GED
- experience leading and organizing teams
- strong problem-solving, customer service and decision-making skills
- ability to take and give direction
- flexible work schedule
- willingness to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- ability to stand and move during most of the shift
- ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
- ability to handle weather conditions like rain
- ability to wear headset and use restaurant equipment
- adherence to brand standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience
- Previous experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to give and take direction effectively

Job Duties
- Manage and lead the restaurant team during shifts
- Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train new employees on operational procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of supplies
- Coordinate with other locations or area offices as needed
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
