Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- six months to two years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days
- basic math and reading skills including addition, multiplication, and subtraction
- ability to operate a calculator
- attention to detail
- ability to develop leadership skills and coach others
- strong guest focus and excellent people skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with health and sanitation laws
- ability to stand for prolonged periods

- preferred experience with computers, smartphones, iPads, retail handhelds, and POS systems
- general knowledge of food industry or retail operations preferred but not required.
Job Duties
- Perform all team member responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays and monitor ovens
- oversee exceptional customer in-store experience by embodying brand core values
- execute and deliver quality store operations including cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise, and store facility
- maintain stocking of all supplies per inventory guidelines
- adhere to all Jamba food, safety, and security guidelines
- master station operations of the store
- provide a healthy consistent product adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- support brand adherence and training of team members
- dip, drain, and fill pretzels/cinnamon in warmer/hot plate
- prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
- direct and coordinate activities of team members and their breaks
- maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
- contact management and recommend shift replacements if needed
- monitor product quality and resolve complaints
- ensure guest service and positive experience
- address and resolve guests' needs and complaints
- perform all opening and closing procedures and maintenance
- manage store funds during assigned shift
- run register reports and complete cash reports
- follow all cash management policies
- comply with all Auntie Anne's/Cinnabon and Fresh Dining Concepts policies and relevant regulations including OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, ADA.
