Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • Long periods of standing without breaks
  • Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • Ability to work in high heat environments and handle cooking oils
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Competency in basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to solve practical problems in a dynamic environment
  • Bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • Lead, train, and develop a diverse team to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor food safety and quality standards to comply with company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Conduct cash handling and ensure financial accuracy during shifts
  • Drive sales and profit growth through effective team management and customer engagement
