Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Long periods of standing without breaks
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to work in high heat environments and handle cooking oils
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Competency in basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems in a dynamic environment
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor food safety and quality standards to comply with company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate inventory and order supplies as needed
- Conduct cash handling and ensure financial accuracy during shifts
- Drive sales and profit growth through effective team management and customer engagement
