Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • one to three months’ related experience and/or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to perform basic math operations
  • problem-solving skills
  • Crew Leader Certification
  • Shift Supervisor Certification
  • physical stamina to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving on company business
  • age 18 or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • problem-solving ability in practical situations
  • certified Crew Leader and Shift Supervisor
  • valid driver’s license for company errands if required

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts and supervise staff
  • train new employees and ensure all team members are P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • handle cash and conduct financial transactions accurately
  • ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • maintain compliance with food safety standards and company policies
  • oversee store cleanliness and upkeep to meet Q.S.C. standards
  • prepare reports and maintain operational documentation
