Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must hold high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • compliance with valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying
  • must be P.O.C. trained on all positions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • bilingual preferred
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • problem-solving and reasoning ability
  • leadership experience or potential

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
  • Build and maintain a positive team environment
  • Drive sales initiatives and optimize restaurant profitability
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Train and develop team members through clear and defined training programs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards
  • Handle daily administrative duties such as scheduling and reporting
