Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent education
- certified in P.O.C. on all positions
- ability to stand, walk, sit, and handle physical demands
- valid state drivers license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- exposure to high heat and cooking oils
- compliance with company safety and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- problem-solving ability with limited standardization
- ability to write reports and correspondence
Job Duties
- Manage shifts
- train new employees on company standards and procedures
- handle cash transactions accurately
- ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns
- enforce food safety regulations and company policies
- monitor store cleanliness and operations to meet Q.S.C. standards
- drive company errands as needed
