Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables where only limited standardization exists
- Maintain a valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in environments with high heat and exposure to cooking materials
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems and follow written and verbal instructions
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
Job Duties
- Manage shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Train and supervise team members on all positions
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Enforce food safety standards and company policies
- Maintain compliance with store plans to meet Q.S.C. standards
- Perform routine reports and communicate effectively with staff and customers
