Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables where only limited standardization exists
  • Maintain a valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in environments with high heat and exposure to cooking materials

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to solve practical problems and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Crew Leader Certification
  • Shift Supervisor Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operation
  • Train and supervise team members on all positions
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Enforce food safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain compliance with store plans to meet Q.S.C. standards
  • Perform routine reports and communicate effectively with staff and customers
