Job Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Must be willing to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying
- Maintain valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if required to drive
- Ability to work in environments with heat and exposure to cooking oils
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Strong communication skills to speak effectively before customers and team
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and interpreting graphs
- Problem-solving skills to handle a variety of situations
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and insurance if driving for business
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling and labor costs efficiently
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
