Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older
  • Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Must be willing to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying
  • Maintain valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if required to drive
  • Ability to work in environments with heat and exposure to cooking oils
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Strong communication skills to speak effectively before customers and team
  • Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and interpreting graphs
  • Problem-solving skills to handle a variety of situations
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and insurance if driving for business

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise team members during shifts
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation and cleanliness
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs efficiently
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
