Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or guest service industry in supervisory or leadership role
- Food handlers certification may be required
- Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of shift including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability partnering with management and staff
- Ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals
- General knowledge of computers, POS systems, electronic devices and software
- Ability to perform basic business math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to visually assess and evaluate workplace safety hazards
- Effective communication and relationship development skills
- Ability to implement training and development plans
- Proficient in English
- Open availability to work any shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Support Restaurant Manager in supervising team that delivers effective results in quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
- Run shifts and assist RM in managing execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Demonstrate knowledge of all work station functions and paperwork
- Supervise 1 to 7 team members
- Ensure objectives are reached while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Support RM in creating and maintaining an 'Employer of Choice' environment
