Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or guest service industry in supervisory or leadership role
  • Food handlers certification may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of shift including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability partnering with management and staff
  • Ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals
  • General knowledge of computers, POS systems, electronic devices and software
  • Ability to perform basic business math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to visually assess and evaluate workplace safety hazards
  • Effective communication and relationship development skills
  • Ability to implement training and development plans
  • Proficient in English
  • Open availability to work any shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Support Restaurant Manager in supervising team that delivers effective results in quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • Run shifts and assist RM in managing execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all work station functions and paperwork
  • Supervise 1 to 7 team members
  • Ensure objectives are reached while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Support RM in creating and maintaining an 'Employer of Choice' environment
