Job Duties

  • Lead important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and report back results
  • Support General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service
  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and implementation of new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Ensure staff are trained and organize key service areas to deliver a memorable guest experience
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
