Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Help us provide a great employee experience
- Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs
- Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception
- Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues, all in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
- Preparation of products and commitment to maintaining the quality of the product
- Adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
