Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years quick service restaurant experience with at least 6 months in some type of a lead or supervisory position
- Ability and desire to work in the kitchen and as a cashier
- Certain stores may require bilingual English and Spanish skills
- A stable work history
- Basic competency in supervising others
- Ability to multitask throughout workday
- Reliable transportation to work opening and closing shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- At least six months experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Ability to work in kitchen and cashier positions

Job Duties
- Oversee shifts in the absence or unavailability of the General Manager
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed
- Train and work as both cook and cashier to support peak periods
- Troubleshoot problems that occur during the shift
- Monitor and manage staff performance
- Handle customer service issues promptly
- Assist with daily operational tasks and shift transitions
