Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years quick service restaurant experience with at least 6 months in some type of a lead or supervisory position
  • Ability and desire to work in the kitchen and as a cashier
  • Certain stores may require bilingual English and Spanish skills
  • A stable work history
  • Basic competency in supervising others
  • Ability to multitask throughout workday
  • Reliable transportation to work opening and closing shifts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • At least six months experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Ability to work in kitchen and cashier positions

Job Duties

  • Oversee shifts in the absence or unavailability of the General Manager
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed
  • Train and work as both cook and cashier to support peak periods
  • Troubleshoot problems that occur during the shift
  • Monitor and manage staff performance
  • Handle customer service issues promptly
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and shift transitions
