Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6+ months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
- Ability to perform functions of each crew position including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru and back-line food preparation
- Leadership qualities necessary to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards, and customer service
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in different temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist management in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- Build strong relationships with crew members fostering a positive environment for learning and teamwork
- Assist the general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team
- Model Taco Johns and DND Group policies for the crew and encourage the team to surpass expectations in service, performance, and safety
- Exceed guest expectations by providing high quality service, maintaining a clean environment, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Accept direction from assistant manager, general manager, district manager, director of operations, and the VP of operations
- Handle routine customer complaints by taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand the importance of speed of service and resolve bottlenecks in workflow
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately organized and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotation during peak and non-peak periods
