Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • 1-2 years experience in quick service restaurant or guest service supervisory role preferred
  • Food handlers certification may be required
  • Ability to stand walk bend reach and lift up to 50 pounds for most of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with guest satisfaction and team training
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of computers pos systems electronic devices and software
  • Basic business math and cash handling skills
  • Excellent organizational skills for records reports and logs
  • Ability to assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Availability to work any shifts

Job Duties

  • Support general manager in supervising team for quality guest service food cost labor cost safety security cleanliness and product preparation
  • Run shifts and manage execution of company policies procedures programs and systems
  • Know all work station functions and essential paperwork
  • Supervise 1 to 7 team members
  • Ensure all objectives are reached following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and ethical business practices during shifts
  • Support general manager in creating and maintaining an employer of choice environment
