Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- 1-2 years experience in quick service restaurant or guest service supervisory role preferred
- Food handlers certification may be required
- Ability to stand walk bend reach and lift up to 50 pounds for most of the shift
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with guest satisfaction and team training
- Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals
- Knowledge of computers pos systems electronic devices and software
- Basic business math and cash handling skills
- Excellent organizational skills for records reports and logs
- Ability to assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace
- Strong communication skills in English
- Availability to work any shifts
Job Duties
- Support general manager in supervising team for quality guest service food cost labor cost safety security cleanliness and product preparation
- Run shifts and manage execution of company policies procedures programs and systems
- Know all work station functions and essential paperwork
- Supervise 1 to 7 team members
- Ensure all objectives are reached following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and ethical business practices during shifts
- Support general manager in creating and maintaining an employer of choice environment
