Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Familiarity with P&L management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations
  • Ability to manage food cost and labor cost effectively

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • Assist management with training and coaching team members
  • Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Work with General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
  • Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
