Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
Job Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- ability to coach and develop team members
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- understanding of financial management including P&L management, food cost and labor cost control
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- assist management with training and coaching team members
- utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- work with management to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
- follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
