Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal right to work in the United States
  • commitment to attendance and punctuality
  • dependable and reliable transportation
  • willing and able to stand and move about for entire shift
  • occasionally lift 30 pounds
  • handle hot or cold environments including weather-related moments such as rain in drive-thru
  • wear a headset
  • use restaurant equipment such as register or grill
  • follow brand standards and guidelines

  • willing to learn leadership skills
  • willing to learn and become ServSafe Certified

Job Duties

  • demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence
  • recognize and motivate team members
  • ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling success routines
  • maintain high food and health safety standards without exception
  • interact with customers by receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues in a friendly manner
  • prepare products and maintain quality
  • adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • ensure reliable attendance as scheduled
