Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership ability
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to handle stocking and merchandising duties

Job Duties

  • providing leadership coverage in the absence of store director and assistant store director
  • receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • preparing product to go out to the floor for merchandising
  • breaking down deliveries efficiently and effectively
  • stocking shelves and building displays with packaged products
  • greeting guests on the sales floor and assisting them with finding items
  • providing guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift
