Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail experience preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- providing leadership coverage in the absence of store director and assistant store director
- receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- preparing product to go out to the floor for merchandising
- breaking down deliveries efficiently and effectively
- stocking shelves and building displays with packaged products
- greeting guests on the sales floor and assisting them with finding items
- providing guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift
