Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
  • Ability to perform the functions of each crew position including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru and back-line food preparation
  • Leadership qualities necessary to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards and customer service
  • Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges, stand for long periods of time, work around possible allergens and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist in executing specific aspects of restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
  • Build strong relationships with crew members fostering a positive team environment
  • Assist general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching of crew members
  • Model Taco Johns and DND Group policies and encourage team to exceed service, performance, and safety expectations
  • Provide high quality service, maintain a clean environment and warm atmosphere
  • Handle routine customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organize staffing and break schedules to maintain smooth operations
