Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • 1-2 years experience in quick service or guest service industry in supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Food handlers certification may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk 95-100% of shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Ability to perform duties while clocked in

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in quick service restaurant environment with ability to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in working with management and staff
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
  • Ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals
  • General knowledge of computers, POS systems and software
  • Basic business math skills and cash handling skills desired
  • Excellent organizational skills for detailed record keeping
  • Safety hazard assessment and adherence to OSHA, health and safety codes
  • Strong communication and relationship development skills
  • Ability to implement training plans and train staff
  • Proficient in English
  • Open availability for shifts

Job Duties

  • Support restaurant manager in supervising team that delivers effective results in quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • Run shifts and support the restaurant manager in managing execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Know all workstation functions and paperwork essential for recording and monitoring each job in the restaurant
  • Supervise 1 to 7 team members
  • Ensure all objectives are reached while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance during shifts with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Support hiring, disciplinary and staffing decisions in coordination with the restaurant manager
