Job Requirements

  • valid driver license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • 1-2 years experience in quick service or guest service supervisory roles preferred
  • food handlers certification may be required
  • ability to stand and walk 95-100 percent of the shift
  • ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to follow company policies
  • willingness to work flexible shifts

  • demonstrated leadership and guest satisfaction skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and motivate staff
  • general knowledge of computers and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Support Restaurant Manager in supervising team delivering quality results
  • run shifts and manage execution of company policies
  • maintain knowledge of all workstation functions and paperwork
  • supervise 1 to 7 team members
  • ensure objectives are met in quality, guest service, safety, and cleanliness
  • ensure compliance with laws and business ethics
  • create and maintain employer of choice environment
  • provide leadership, direction, training and development
  • direct workforce and assist in staffing decisions
  • deliver results in quality, service, safety and product preparation
  • exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner
  • explain menu items accurately to guests
  • use POS system to record orders and handle payments
  • adhere to food handling and safety standards
  • follow operation policies and procedures
  • recommend operational enhancements
  • maintain professional appearance
  • attend business meetings for training and development
