Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be proficient with calculator and computer
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective communication skills with customers, team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service to respond to customer needs
- Assist managers with various tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the restaurant
- Manage team member schedules and shift changes
- Control inventory and stock levels
- Uphold Pilot Flying J's commitment to quality and customer service
