Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Capability to operate restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Flexible availability

- Lead the shift ensuring operations run efficiently and team members stay motivated
- Manage customer interactions professionally addressing both positive and negative feedback
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with all health regulations
- Train and support team members to perform their duties effectively
- Oversee cash handling and register operations
- Conduct opening and closing restaurant procedures
