Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching motions

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management
Proven leadership skills
Ability to coach and develop team members
Knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage operations including P&L, food cost, and labor cost
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
Assist management with training and coaching team members
Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
