Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews
- Assist with employee relations
- Oversee team performance and development during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
