Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan, monitor, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality service and cleanliness
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with the next shift manager for smooth shift transitions
- manage food safety internal communication and inventory management
- oversee daily maintenance cleanliness scheduling training and manage crew
